BOOTH DETAILS & TIMELINE

Festival Hours / Venue Vending Hours

Saturday, May 21, 2016 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Load-In: Saturday, May 21 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Load-Out: Sunday, May 22 12:00 AM – 1:30 AM

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

  1. The vendor agrees that all displays will be fully set up by 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 21, 2016. The vendor agrees to complete booth breakdown by 1:30 AM on Sunday, May 22, 2016.
  2. Vendors are encouraged to operate in an environmentally conscious manner.
  3. The vendor agrees to have booth staffed during the ENTIRE Event. If vendor does not check in during set up hours, booth space will be subject to change. NO refunds will be made to exhibitors who fail to occupy space.
  4. All vendor product and signage must fit within booth space. Exhibits must not block aisles or other booths. Organizer reserves the right to remove inappropriate or obstructive display from the event.
  5. Food vendors agree to display all prices on signage in a visible and readable way.
  6. Food Vendors agree to use only recyclable food service products for serving food.

VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Soliciting outside of designated booth space is not permitted.
  2. Vendor agrees not to sublet space or exhibit merchandise other than specified on the registration form without permission from Organizer.
  3. Organizer reserves the right to reject, restrict or remove any vendor.
  4. Vendor agrees that space assignments may be changed by the Organizer.
  5. Vendors are liable for any damage or defacement to event structures caused by their exhibit (a security deposit will be required). .
  6. ALL booths must comply with local fire, health, and safety regulations. Vendors are responsible for following fire regulations set by the Palm Bay Fire Marshal.
  7. Vendors are allotted up to six staff members per booth. Additional vendor personnel will need to purchase an extra vender pass at general admission pricing.
  8. Event is rain or shine. No Refunds!

*All pop-up tents, trailers, BBQ grills, etc. must be approved in advance.

Cleaning deposit of $50 per location required and will be returned by mail after festival if no damages are assessed by Marine Resources Council.

Additional fees may apply for water, gray water disposal, specific electrical needs, etc.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Please upload pictures of your booth setup and the products you are selling. You will not be approved unless this is furnished.

Please upload a copy of your Certificate of Insurance.

All Food Vendors Must provide discounted food/meals for sale at half price for Fat Snook VIP pass holders. All Food Vendors will accept food voucher tickets for food/meals. Food voucher tickets will be limited to event entertainers for redemption. Food voucher tickets are redeemable to Marine Resources Council for $2 per ticket.

HELP SAVE THE INDIAN RIVER LAGOON!

LagoonFest is an all-day music charity event to generate awareness and funds to produce the first State of the Indian River Lagoon Report Card. The Report Card will update the community on the current health of the lagoon and the corrective action necessary to reverse the negative impact we have on the estuary. The report card is projected to be distributed throughout the 5 counties of the lagoon by 2017.


WHO IS THE MRC?

The Marine Resources Council (MRC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose purpose is to maintain and enhance the quality of marine systems for the economic, recreational, aesthetic, and environmental use of the people of Florida. MRC is leading the charge to save the Indian River lagoon with scientific-based advocacy, education, and Community engagement. The current status of the Indian River Lagoon requires a commitment of half a billion dollars and 15 years, to save and restore the Lagoon to a healthy state. Proceeds go to fund the State of the Indian River Lagoon Report Card. All donations are tax-deductible.
